Great to hear you have bought a Karv Stix Long board . The set up it comes with includes decent bearings and fairly soft wheels for loads of grip when laying down solid carves and turns. You could experiment with different compound wheels for verying levels of grip and ride characteristics. Otherwise the spec is designed ready to rip !!

We have the Bamboo boards available now. Unfortunately we do not have any Carbon rail/bamboo boards available until next season.
Let us know if you want a Bamboo board. These have proven very popular this season. We have added the Carbon rail version for next year.

Can you send me the spec and price please?
I saw a bamboo board that looked the same as this at the little surf shop near Bigbury ? Is or will it be the same board? It was bamboo laminate both sides and it was 10foot long and 32inches wide 4 inches deep?

The Karvstix are so much fun and the 36″ model is especially versatile as you can either cruise longboard style or you can pump and hack some big turns and slides depending on how the mood takes you. Everyone who has ridden this board has loved it.

I think if you look closely i am bobbing around in the channel waiting for one of the bigger set waves that were breaking slightly wider and running better
