Managed Computing includes the following services:

maintenance

We do continual routine maintenance on your computer - just like you would on a car.

These include:

  • installation of security updates as they come out
  • monitoring for any signs of faults
  • management of firewall and other security settings
  • updates of anti-virus and anti-spam software  

support

Support is at the core of our Managed Computing service. We supply a rapid-response helpdesk  A single point of contact and a single number for all issues ensures the fastest, most reliable service at all times.

Support under a Managed Computing contract covers the hardware, software and services that we supply, including callouts. We can include other items by prior agreement. It does not cover provisioning new equipment, tuition, or the results of gross negligence and force majeure.
